Progress Reporting Enhancements
Proteus now has a new project reporting tool where users have the ability to select the required data, save it as a ‘view’, add comments and send it to people who do not necessarily have access to Proteus. This seamlessly brings your data to your end clients without having to bring data out of the Proteus system.
IPO Risk Assessment
A list of questions have been added to the Incoming Purchase Orders to identify a risk factor of each Purchase Order. The risk factor will then decide whether the IPO can be approved automatically (low risk) or needs to go through an approval process. Not approved IPOs will not be visible when invoicing.
We can support you to implement your own set of questions and rules to ensure Proteus follows your unique decision making process on whether the approval is required.
Project Module Upgrade
Our Project module has been upgraded into our new system design and architecture. This means within your project’s listing page you’ll have improved sorting abilities with a few additional fields giving you a better overview of all your projects within one single view. This includes the ability to resize the different data cells on screen, hide and reorder table columns, as well as a more comprehensive filtering system.
Bamboo HR Integration
We have completed our first integration with Bamboo HR. Proteus now supports another industry standard HR Platform.
Proteus Add-in Improvements | CTR Block
We have improved the templating and structure of the blocks within the Proteus add-in to make them more usable and aesthetically pleasing.
Group Permissions
We have added a new permissions ability into Proteus which takes away the fixed user types and allows clients to be more in control of their permissions model on a self-allocating group basis.
