Sales Director
Proteus is on a mission to become the standard for best practice in engineering consultancy sales and project delivery. Now, we’re in an exciting scale-up phase and we need driven, talented individuals to help us accelerate our ambitious growth plans.
We are looking for an experienced SaaS sales expert who can make an immediate impact. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team, bringing your proven track record in enterprise sales and your hunger for a new challenge. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success and development teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product development.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales with a strong understanding of the SaaS market.
- Track Record: Demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas. An understanding of engineering project lifecycles would be an advantage.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Mindset: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate across teams remotely and contribute to a supportive company culture.
