Xergy partnered closely with Aurecon’s IT and transformation teams to deliver the end-to-end solution, including:

  • Co-design of the integration architecture
  • Platform configuration aligned to Aurecon’s operating model
  • Data migration design, testing, and validation
  • Support across SIT, E2E, and UAT testing phases
  • Go-live delivery and hypercare support
