Customer Success Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Success Specialist role at Proteus. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining excellent communication with our customers. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being in Aberdeen, but with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the energy and engineering industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
